    Drink 200cc ~ 300cc warm water before training.
    Drink 200cc ~ 300cc warm water after training.
    Training time: 1 hour before or after meals.

    For Weight Loss Management: do not eat or drink (soft drink) after 2 hours of training, only warm water or warm sugar-free soymilk is allowed.

    No side effect occurs. Vibration is the most environmental and the safest exercise.
